All connections on Connect happen directly between users and merchants. Users can view merchant profiles, services, and contact details as uploaded by the merchant. Communication is made directly, including phone calls, without intermediaries.

3. Data Ownership & Responsibility

All product and service details are created, managed, and controlled by the merchants.
Connect does not manage, verify, price, or sell any products or services.
Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of their listings.
Users interact with merchants at their own discretion.

4. No Third-Party Involvement

Connect does not share user or merchant data with third parties for communication, transactions, or service delivery. All interactions are handled directly between the user and the merchant.

5. Data Collection

Connect may collect and store limited information such as:

Merchant profile details
User profile information
Contact information (phone number, basic identity details)

This data is stored securely and used only to support platform functionality, safety, and compliance.

6. Safety, Illegal Activities & Enforcement

Connect reserves the right to:

Monitor, restrict, or remove merchants offering illegal services or products
Take action against providers or users involved in unlawful, harmful, or misleading activities

All data visible to users is directly provided by merchants. Connect does not alter, manipulate, or endorse any merchant content.

9. User & Merchant Responsibility

Users and merchants are responsible for managing their own interactions, agreements, payments, and disputes. Connect is not responsible for outcomes resulting from direct interactions.
